It is with wistfulness I write this as Kyle is off to start a new life as a teacher and student of yoga in New York. He is naturally intuitive to the changing moods of each person on each day, shifting focus constantly.  Tiredness calls for energizing asana to pep your spirit up or a relaxing class if you want to take it easy.  If you are stressed he will give you a meditative calming class and gets your breathing evened out, because you have probably been holding your breath or breathing shallowly, making you more stressed.  Never pushing you to do more then you feel comfortable to, but slowly building your strength.   He moves with creativity and is utterly enthusiastic because he loves how yoga can make you feel, how it can improve your life on so many different levels.  He has a gentle humour.  Classes are serious enough for a focused meditative state but giggles can occur, along with smiles.  Yoga can put you in seemingly ridiculous positions sometimes, but you are guaranteed to leave feeling taller, better aligned, lighter on your feet, sexier, more confident, and braver. The perfect stress reliever it's an enjoyable, painless way to stay fit, healthy, happy and to move with grace, agility and not get cramped and achy as we all do from sitting at computers or from working or playing too hard.. Some classes I have arrived feeling grumpy, achy (even hung-over!) and shortly after starting practice realized I was feeling joyous, energized and replenished.  Real endorphins had been created!  And Kyle was blissful too, so happy to share his knowledge.    He likes to play some music to heighten the experience, but will turn it off if you aren't into it.  Other treats you may be exposed to include visualization, meditation, and even candle gazing.  Each class will be different, but you will work together on areas you want to improve, and he will remember things you especially enjoy, a journey together, teaching and learning from each other and progressing with each session.  I would not hesitate to recommend attending his classes, beginners will be encouraged with his gentle voice, and experienced yogis will be challenged and taught new skills from an enthusiastic, caring Australian expert.
